Membership Renewal from Turkey

I am a ProZ professional member. On July 6, 2023, I sent a payment of 3 x 948.00 = 2,844.00 TL to ProZ Turkey bank account to renew my standard membership for three more years. I sent email messages to local payment contact in Turkey for confirmation. However, I could not hear from ProZ up to now. My ProZ profile page does not show any renewal information as of now. I will appreciate your action regarding my membership renewal.
