Web Mail To access the User's Email Hosting Account Thread poster: Francesco Barbuto

We have got a nice Web Hosting on Proz.

For Instance:
I have got the email account: francesco@francescobarbuto.com, hosted on my Proz Domain name. It would be nice if Proz provided a Web MAil feature through which I could read/write/send/forward/etc. my mails as I usually do with my others Web Mail accounts.
Shouldn't this be a nice improvement?
Thank You,

Go to cPanel->Webmail.
From there, you can choose between three webmail clients:
NeoMail, Horde and SquirrelMail.
Simply bookmark one of these links.
I for one like SquirrelMail best, but that is just my opinion.
HTH.

Hi Sonja,
What's cPanel at all and where it is located?
I see on my page the "My Proz.com" tab and in the corresponding dropping down menu, I can see the option "My Web Mail" that only directs me to the external web mail feature from where I cannot access my mail account on my domain name francescobarbuto.com that is hosted on Proz.
I would need a Web MAil feature to access from Proz my email account hosted on Proz.
Please, explain!
Thank you,
Francesco

Hi Francesco,
I had not yet migrated your account from the legacy hosting system, so your new hosting account wasn't working properly yet. Sorry for the delay. I have replied to your support ticket with more information.
Best regards,
