This morning I happily clicked on the banner "Win a trip to a ProZ conference".
What a great idea! I can renew my membership now and win a trip to next ProZ conference! Then the system displayed the following message:
"The current ProZ.com promotion is for non-platinum members"

But if you look at Henry's forum posting on the subject (http://www.proz.com/topic/39120), he says:
“A lottery will be held and one person who renews or becomes a member during the campaign will win a free trip to a ProZ.com conference next year”.
I believe it is possible to renew (i.e. extend) your membership before the current period expires.
