I suggest enabling Prozians to track a forum of their interest so whenever there is a reply or an addition to such forum, they get alerted via email.

This feature is already there. In the upper right corner of each forum page there is a small box that says "This topic ... all posts". Just click the checkbox and then click "Update email tracking". Hope this helps.
