I'm finally coming round to the idea behind this suggestion, since I'm using the homepage more and more and find that it's a shame when an ongoing discussion disappears from the radar.
So I thought I should bring this recent discussion to life again (at least it will once again be on top of the Proz.com Suggestions list). I hope the suggestion is being taken into consideration for the next overhaul of the site.

Indeed, everytime we see the posts in a give nforum we see the following headings: Issue, User, Answers, Visits, Date. I think it's possible to sort them according to any of these patterns.

Homepage forum sorting by latest post May 14, 2008

Hello all,

You can now list the forums you've chosen to view from the homepage by latest post as well as topic creation time. Similar to the Jobs and KudoZ boxes, you'll see the "Customize" link in the top bar of the forum box. This will take you to the site settings section of your profile, where you can choose either option, the number of entries shown on the homepage, as well as adjust which forums you want to see from the homepage.
