HOw to find new clients and set rates Feb 21, 2017

Dear Maria,
I would like to ask, how to get new clients, how to present myself well on Proz.com and how it works with setting rates (per word, per page..). From English to Czech and vice versa.. karolina_kudynova@email.cz
