Bio
I have been a conference, events and phone call interpreter for almost 10 years. I was born and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Thus, I am a native speaker of the Swahili Language. I have a master's degree in law (LLM), which means I possess a solid legal and proficient English background. My interpretation has chiefly focused on law, especially law enforcement, intelligence, drug trafficking, human trafficking, migrant smuggling (transnational crimes), human rights, policy and legislative frameworks, user interface, technology, and live interpretation of court and conference proceedings. In addition to these areas of specialization, I sometimes offer interpretation services relating to tactical medicine, corporate governance, religion, marketing, tourism, briefing, nutrition, and intellectual property. Importantly, I train new interpreters and translators on how to start and carry on their careers. I have worked with high-level governmental and non-governmental agencies, including the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam-Tanzania, US Drugs Enforcement Authority (DEA), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Translation4all from the United States, Drugs Control and Enforcement Authority (DCEA) of Mainland Tanzania, Zanzibar Drugs Control and Enforcement Authority (ZDCEA), President's Office-Regional Administration and Local Government Authority (PO-RALC), UN Women Eastern and Southern Africa Region, World Organisation for Animal Health, UNICEF, Tanzania Meteorological Authority (TMA), Mkapa Foundation, African Ministerial Conference on Meteorology (AMCOMET), Tanzania Tourism Board, Tanzania Social Action Fund (TSAF), Tanzania Sugar Board, and several other charitable organizations, including the Adventist Community here in Tanzania.

I am bringing expertise, competence, integrity, and accountability to this profession. I keep confidential all works and assignments I have dealt with based on the signed Non-Disclosure Agreements. This means most of the work and documents are deleted from all my storage once the assignment is completed. My proficiency in using interpretation and translation tools such as TRADOS, MATECAT, Xbench and other CAT Tools also adds to my professionalism.

Clients can find in me a professional translator and interpreter who works to deliver in a manner that exceeds their desires and expectations.
