having battled through drizzle, wind and temperature, a happy few gradually made it to the meeting point, to enjoy pleasant conversation, calorie-rich finger-food, and a common roof under the darkened rioplatense skyline.
Some of them enjoyed their first meeting of these sorts, others enjoyed the sight of known faces, and some went on to further enrich their heroic attendance records.
Yet for all of us now back in our LCD-lit little shafts where we lead the translator´s bat-like existence, there will be at least one extra warm memory to hold on to while we keep at it, and wait for the spring.
