- Les objectifs de cette fiche mémo sont de définir le syndrome d’épuisement professionnel ou burnout, d’améliorer son repérage et sa prise en charge, ainsi que l’accompagnement des patients lors de leur retour au travail. Ces recommandations se limitent au volet clinique du thème : l’action sur le milieu et l’organisation du travail est exclue du champ de ces recommandations. Elle est néanmoins indispensable dans une démarche de prévention du burnout.
Cette fiche mémo porte sur la définition du syndrome d’épuisement professionnel, son repérage, sa prise en charge et l’accompagnement des patients lors de leur retour au travail. Les cibles professionnelles de ces recommandations sont prioritairement les médecins généralistes et les médecins des services de santé au travail. La population cible concerne tout travailleur quel que soit son statut. Ces recommandations se limitent au volet clinique du thème : l’action sur le milieu et l’organisation du travail est exclue du champ de ces recommandations. Elle est néanmoins indispensable dans une démarche de prévention du burnout. Les médecins généralistes et médecins du travail sont invités à faire le lien entre le diagnostic individuel et les facteurs de risque inhérents aux situations de travail. Бърнаут (или „прегаряне“) е жаргонно понятие за крайно емоционално изтощение, изразяващо се най-вече по отношение на работата ни. Характерни са чувства като апатия, липса на професионална мотивация, пристъпи на гняв, пасивна агресия и всеобхватно усещане на неудовлетвореност.
Терминът е американски и се свързва с огромния стрес, който корпоративната кариера причинява на служителите – от асистент – до изпълнителен директор. Българските градове отдавна вече съсредоточават в себе си сериозни компании, в които градим кариери, не чак толкова различни от американските.
