Speech test - он ведь может быть и просто тестом речи (или как там правильней), а не обязательно тестом распознания речи. То есть тестом того, как человек говорит, а не как распознает речь.
Вот чего я выкопал:

В таком случае все оказывается совсем наоборот, на 180 градусов.
Дело, как вы сказали, не в назывании увиденной картинки; дело в выборе картинки согласно услышанному.
Дело было так. Ввел я в Гугл " audiometry" и "picture" и вывалилось "Select picture audiometry", т.е. можно догадаться^ Аудиометрия по типу "выбери картику".
Вот что еще нашел:
