If you're supposed to "err on the side of nondisclosure," then if you're not sure whether something should be disclosed, you should NOT disclose it. |

: Георгий, "отрыв" - это действительно опережение одного другим. А в первом процитированном Вами примере явная ошибка - там надо сокращать "цифровое отставание". С японцами же верно - они "ушли в отрыв". :)
