I think that I might put a full stop after "esta factura" and start a new sentence with "si se produce" - "If this occurs after payment of the commission, the same/equivalent amount..."
How would you include "non-payment" in the sentence? That coma gives me headaches! |

Las condiciones económicas acordadas como comisiones comerciales se pagan como canon único de las actividades realizadas por el Agente Comercial, el cobro se realizara los primeros días a mes vencido.
Cualquier impagado supondrá el no cobro, de la comisión de ésa factura, si se produce después del pago de la comisión se retendrá el mismo importe en la siguiente liquidación y se abona en el momento del cobro excepto en los casos de procedimiento judicial o extrajudicial.
