It is not necessary to include dsRNA, which would be the same in Swedish, because it is the acronym for double-stranded RNA. If you do wish to include it, it needs to go inside a parenthesis after the term, i.e. dubbesträngat RNA-virus (dsRNA-virus), since you have a hyphenation of the term in Swedish.
