Context: A guide to making corporate video content for social media.
Les synthés sont toujours ferrés en bas à gauche et leur couleur de fond est toujours le plus foncé choisi ou le blanc.
The accompanying image shows that "synthé" refers to a text block added to the video which shows the name and the job title/position of the person talking on the screen. Does anyone know if there's an English equivalent for this, the only thing I could think of is "summary", but I can't find any uses for this in this context. Or maybe something simple like "name box".

We had a similar question a couple of years ago but I can't find it. "Lower third" may be right in this case if it's indeed the client who says that "Les synthés sont toujours ferrés en bas à gauche" (telling his employees where to put it)
But in other cases, if you watch a lot of videos, you'll have noticed that this information is often displayed near the face/face and body (higher up) of the person described and often to the right, which means that "lower third" is not an acceptable answer always, and can often be wrong
