Arabic term

روحك على كفك

Arabic to English Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
This is from an Egyptian television interview with a 'man on the street'. He is describing his work in a factory and says:
انت جاي تاخد ستين جنيه يعني ايه روحك بتبقى على كفك لازم تشتغل

That is the entirety of his quote.

Thanks!

Since it was 'man on the street'-style interviews, unfortunately there's not much more context. The interviews were on a range of labor complaints (wages, safety, hours, etc.), but this was the entire interview with this particular Egyptian worker.

further context The context is not too clear to answer or support a proposed answer. Does this parenthetical clause of "روحك بتبقى على كفك" have some thing to do with wages, workers release, or safety? The idea and context are still little a bit vague
