"No visitors"?? I don't think that is standard for signs. "Do Not Enter" or "Off Limits" or "No Entry" is better.

Shortly, "Fire Prohibited" and "No Visitors" could be for common use.

I am an American and a native speaker of English. The translation of the signs would be different depending on where they are exactly located and what common behavior they are intended to address. The translation given for 严禁烟火 is good because it covers smoking, fireworks, etc. "Fire, Open Flame and Smoking Strictly Prohibited" would be used in US because we don't say naked flame; we say open flame. "No visitors beyond this point" is fine for 游人止步。
