偏瘫消费者 vs. 偏瘫(病)人/偏瘫者

They often refer to a same group of people on condition that all hemiplegic persons in question are consuming a certain product. However, if there are some hemiplegic people who don't consume a certain product, we can call them hemiplegic persons(偏瘫(病)人/偏瘫者) but not hemiplegic consumers (偏瘫消费者)

In a word, the essential difference between lies in if the target people consume a certain product or not....

Hope this helpes.

agree hhyin09 : right. hemiplegic consumers are hemiplegic persons who bought or are interested in buying products (described in the article you are translating, say).
