English term
credited as paid up on the shares
English to Dutch
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
This expression features in the Articles of Association of a company. I cannot seem to find a good Dutch translation.
The context runs: "(...) in proportion to the amounts paid up or credited as paid up on the ordinary shares (...)".
I know "to pay up on a share" means "een aandeel volstorten" but the combination with "credited as" has me puzzled.
