This it the title of a document that looks essentially like a regular complaint, with the exeption of the use of "pleading hypothetically and in the alternative" in the first paragraph of each count.
Would this title be translated as "Erster Nachtrag zu einer Klageschrift" or as "Erste Klageänderung"?
