English term
community’s interest in the Plan
English to German
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Scheidungsurteil aus Kalifornien: Vermögensaufteilung/Behandlung der erworbenen Anwartschaften & Versorgungsausgleich
Hallo,
Kontext:
The ***community’s interest in the Plan*** shall be determined by taking the balance in each party’s account as of August 2, 2010, the date of separation, and adding any employer and/or employee contributions paid after that date but resulting from services rendered prior to that date, and adjusting the balance for all gains, accruals and losses thereon as of the date of the actual division.
Weiter oben steht "The community’s interest in the parties’ retirement plans will be equally divided."
Wäre das so circa "gemeinsamer Anteil am Altersvorsorgeplan" oder befahre ich damit den Holzweg?
Grüße
Sebastian Witte
