Kompanie stillgestanden
I'm not an expert on this, but "Kompanie stillgestanden" is a very common command in the Bundeswehr, but maybe somebody who served in the Bundeswehr should confirm that this is the equivalent of "company attention". Depending on what kind of formation you deal with it could also be "Abteilung stillgestanden".
