Each edition is supplied in a DVD-style case with a printed start-up guide and the software on CD. The suite contains two CDs and two start-up guides.
Users will receive an additional small business solution CD whenever a major update occurs.
A valid email address is mandatory for all orders. Without this, neither automatic update credentials nor a licence schedule can be sent to the customer.
As soon as an order is processed, the customer will be emailed with confirmation that the product has been dispatched. The same email will contain user credentials to allow the user to set up automatic updates
