In the event that an audit discovers evidence of an intentional overcharge of warranty, XX will seek reimbursement and place the dealer on 6 months probation.
During this time it is expected that the dealer will change its warranty procedures to fully comply with XX's Warranty Policy and Procedures.
The dealer will be ineligible to receive **Service Allowance** during the probationary period. If the violations are not resolved during the probation period, the Dealer Agreement may be terminated.
