English term

inpatriate

English to Japanese Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
expatriate vs inpatriate.

If "expatriate" is 海外駐在員, then what's "inpatriate"? Are they just talking about the same thing (i.e. people who work away from home country), but from different perspectives?
Proposed translations (Japanese)
