O ile ogólnie zgadzam się, że IP znaczy tutaj "własność intelektualna", to w tym tekście (jak go rozumiem) nie można użyć tego wyrażenia, bo będzie brzmiał sztucznie. Tekst zachęca do tego, żeby skupić się na budowaniu marki, czyli tworzyć nie jeden film, ale od razu całe uniwersum. Albo od razu budować markę.
