English term

Abbreviation - MUM

English to Portuguese Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Beauty Care Sector
I would like to know the best translation, from English into Portuguese, of the term "MUM" in the following context (executive's résumé):
"- LA Personal Beauty Care Finance Manager in charge of Deodorants and Bar Soap categories.
- Responsible for the sourcing analysis for: a) LA MUM (after Clairol's acquisition) and b) Bar Soaps for NA."
Since this deals with a company established in Mexico, I assume that LA means Latin America, and that the "M" of MUM means Mexico. Can anyone offer me any further hint?
Thank you in advance for your invaluable assistance!!

Irene Berlin (asker) Jun 25, 2008:
Thanks a lot for your hint!!!

Hoje percente à Procter and Gamble

Irene:

Note from asker:
Realmente não me lembrava dessa marca...

agree M. Celina Alonso Neves : Wikipedia: Mum was the first brand of commercial deodorant. It was developed and patented by an unknown inventor in Philadelphia in 1888. The product is still widely used in the United Kingdom, Germany, Venezuela, Peru, Philippines, Singapore and Mexico.
