stent-graft
In order to isolate the aneurysm sac effectively, the neck of the proximal and distal aneurysm can be no less than 15mm across. Otherwise there may be an increase in the potential risk of stent-graft migration and proximal and/or distal endoleak.
The proximal most markers on the stent graft indicate the proximal end of the graft which should be in line with the ideal proximal deployment position on the inner wall of the aneurysm neck.
