a. Scope of the Business

i. Scope: the scope of business of the joint venture will be the manufacture and sale of high carbon steel wires and steel wire products in the automotive, construction, mining, oil and gas, crane and lifting, electric distribution industry (including but not limited to spring wire, brush wire, pulpbaling wire, gabion wire, bezinal wire, fibres for concrete reinforcement, ACSR wire, ropes, PC wire and strand) and such other steel wires or steel wire products as the parties may agree in the future (the “Products”).
