Statistical Methods:
The default summary statistics for quantitative and ordinal variables were the number of observations (n), mean, standard deviation (SD), median, minimum (Min) and maximum (Max) for subjects with data.
Other summary statistics described hereafter on an individual basis.
For qualitative variables, per category the numbers and frequencies of subjects with non-missing data (n, %) were the default summary presentation, and if appropriate and present, the number of missing values.
For descriptive statistics, the geometric mean (gMean) and coefficient of variation, gCV (given in %), were calculated.
