Irog viedol webku kde je " Socialno-pravna ochrana deti a Socialna Kuratela (dalej len Organ), dalej clenanie na oddelenia..Oddelenie socialno-pravnej ochrany deti a socialnej kurately (ako napr. v Kosiciach ...atd. v kazdom krajskom meste)

Existuje aj Centrum pre medzinárodnoprávnu ochranu detí a mládeže, ktoreho zriadovatelom je UPSVaR ale to je nieco ine.

I do not think Odbor socialnopravnej ochrany ..... deals only with payments. Check the link and their dusties. Anayway I think this is the only government authority here.

This one deals only with child maintenance payments.
"The CSA's function is twofold, encompassing calculation of how much child maintenance is due (based on current legislation and rules and rules) and collection and transferral of the payment from the non-resident parent to the person with care. For the CSA to become involved on a case, their services must be requested by one of the parents."
We probably don't have anything that specific back home but want to make sure.
