In the TM I received for reference, the phrase has been translated as "Este mensaje se publica a solicitud de..." but it somehow doesn't sound right to me. As I see it, solicitations are more of an offer than a request, right? I'd appreciate any help here (explanations/paraphrases and suggestions are both welcomed! =)
