housing suitable for people who have not previously had a home of their own
Young people newly married (or otherwise paired off) who need a first home together usually do not have much money, and so have to enter the housing market, if they can do so at all, by renting or buying something very cheap.
Note from asker:
What is the most suitable (one word) that can replace that term to be able to have a translation not description in my target language? Thank you |

affordable housing
Houses for first time buyers whose income goes from minimum to near professional income. Some houses in a development, let´s say 25%, must be sold as entry-level housing to people who can't afford to pay more than their 30% of income for housing. There many rules in US and UK. Those houses have a restricted sale price and can be bought if the town accepts the buyer, once they meet some requirements. In my case I went to one of those houses and they are the same as others in a development, at least in NJ.

: this is a current buzz-word and the meaning is close but in many definitions 'affordable housing' does not have to be for first time buyers.
