French term

arrimage

French to English Tech/Engineering Computers: Systems, Networks

allocation/placing

As arrimage is about how things are stowed or loaded, in this context (as far as it can be understood from the available information), I think allocation or placing would be how one would put it.

These aspects, defined in previous workshops, is being allocated to the workgroup concerned as the most appropriate to ensure that they are dealt with.

coupling

I may be a bit late, but I think that "coupling" is a better term than "link". "Arrimage" literally means "anchoring", but in context I feel that "coupling" is more appropriate.
