Not sure how to word this, I've tried "anionic amino acid acylates", "anionic acylamino acids", "anionic amino acid acyls", etc. and get similar hits but no exact ones. There are lots of hits for "acylation of amino acids" and "anionic acyls", and also anionic aminoacyl as an adjective, but I can't seem to get the exact noun form of what the products of acylation of amino acids are called, esp. when used in cosmetics.
