ho come l'impressione che l'espressione "ci-après dénommées «XXX»," sia stata forse in parte da te modificata nel pubblicarla in quanto il participio "dénommée" in realtà dovrebbe essere scritto al singolare riferendosi alla società XXX...mi sbaglio?

Nel modulo di risposta ho aggiunto tra parentesi l'espressione "della sottoscrizione" soltanto per chiarezza e per far capire a che cosa si riferisca ciascun termine ma evidentemente si può e si deve omettere...

"à l'effet des présentés" NON è Francese
Quindi ne déduco che l'originale FR è:
"ayant tout pouvoir à l'effet des présentes", il quale si traduce semplicement comme "munito dei necessari poteri".
"à l'effet des présentes" non si traduce in quanto non vienne usato nei documenti FR. E' ovvio che sono i poteri di firmare il contratto.
