This is not a service. It refers: I belive, the time from when an aircraft lands to when it is ready to depart again.
Is this the turnaround time?

idle time

in other contexts, this is usually translated as "downtime"

ground time

in case it includes the time on the ground e.g. at stopovers

turnaround time to me would suggest the time to prepare for the RETURN flight, but basically I'm just guessing
