teilausgeschwenkt
German to English

tractor transmissions
Betriebspunkt 2: Mittlere Motordrehzahl, Pumpe teilausgeschwenkt;
Anwendungsbeispiel: Schneidrotorantrieb beim Gülleausbringen
Operating point 2: medium engine speed, pumps partially swung out
Application example: cutting rotor drive when spraying liquid manure
I'm translating the performance specifications manual for a continuously variable tractor transmission. The text above is a heading in the section on the steering system (which is hydraulic). Does anybody know if I have the right meaning for "teilausgeschwenkt"? Are the pumps ever "swung out", or is that the wrong term?

I would rather use the term "extended" and of course "Pumpe" is used as singular.
