German term

Stockrate

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Vehicle (truck) financing
Hello,
I don't even know what this term means, let alone in English! (I am not even sure if this isn't English, or Denglish; the original text is some sort of Denglish).

The term seems to have s.th. to do with vehicle/truck financing.
Context, well - this sentence in a form under the header 'vehicle description and price':
'Aktualisierung der Kreditlinie, derzeit keine konkrete Neuanfrage. Normalerweise Finanzierung Heavys ohne Anzahlung und mit Stockrate vergleichbar Gino-Empfehlung'
Any ideas / suggestions appreciated!
