Er arbeitete als Maschinenfuehrer in einer Maschinenstrickerei. Dann ist er arbeitsunfaehig geworden. Danach arbeitete er als Hochregalarbeiter fuer ein PC-Geschaeft.

There are a number of options based on listings for Hochregal (high-rise rack, stacker rack) in the Langenscheidt Fachwörterbuch Technik und angewandte Wissenschaften - 'high rise storage worker', 'high rise rack worker' or 'high rise storage worker' would all be possible.
