What precisely is the 'Intervall' here? Some context:
Mit unserer Technik benützen wir einen kurzen Abschnitt des Smith-Peterson Zugangs der in der internervous plane zwischen den Muskeln tensor fascia lata und rectus/sartorius liegt während der OCM Zugang zwischen glutaeus medius und tensor facia lata durchführt. Diese Ebene entspricht einem Abschnitt des Watson–Jones Zugang, wobei dieser nicht entlang einer ‚internervous plane’ führ. Doch das Intervall von glutaeus medius und tensor fasciae late zieht im für uns wichtigen Abschnitt der Nervenast zum M. tensor fascia late. Somit besteht beim OCM Zugang ein relevantes Risiko, dass dieser Nervenast verletzt wird und es zu einer Minderfunktion des M. tensor fasciae lata kommt, welcher insbesodere für Sportler (Joggen/ Velofahren) sehr wichtig ist.
