This is one of a list of search types that come up for business information searches, but I don't know what kind of information it contains and how it's different from the other searches. Has anyone come across it before? This is the list of searches that I have

I would leave it in Italian and then give an explanation in a footnote, otherwise you will have a really long and cumbersome translation.

Before you buy a property you need to know if other people have a stronger claim to it (diritti) than you have because it has been mortgaged

Found the original context. Of course this is not a search type (ricerca anagrafica) but a Tributo. You would hardly search for a fee, which is what sent me chasing the red herring of "diritti pregiudizevoli". Anyway Thomas clued in on it.
