tissue penetration
In the second link below, "抗菌薬の口腔組織移行性に関する基礎的研究" is translated as "An Experimental Study on Penetration of Antibiotics in Oral Tissues", where "組織" is apparently "tissue" and "移行性" would be expressed by "penetration". So, "tissue penetration" could be considered as a candidate, and it is the one, as you see in the first link. In this article, compare the Japanese abstract in the beginning and the English counterpart at the end. In the Japanese one, we can find "GFLX は良好な組織移行性を示した", which is translated as "Data in all related areas of surgery reconfirmed that GFLX tissue penetration is as good as that of existing fluoroquinolones" in the English version.
