Blend well and add: 2 eggs, beaten Milk to right consistency
Cut bananas into 1 inch pieces and chill in freezer. Dip bananas into mixture and then deep fry in hot oil,
For batter, beat egg yolks until thick and light. Add flour and salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into yolks. Drop the drained banana pieces into the batter one at a time.
First, slice up the bananas into quarter pieces. Combie pancake mix with water or milk, whichever you prefer.
This mixture should be a thin batter. Peel bananas and quarter. Dip bananas in batter and drop into hot oil.
