O primeiro site que pesquisei dava a entender que não existe a tal "fosseta lacrimal".
Porém a Wikipédia traz o seguinte verbete:
lacrimal - diz-se de alguns órgãos ou partes destes, direta ou indiretamente relacionados com as glândulas que produzem as lágrimas, como apófise lacrimal, artéria lacrimal, fosseta lacrimal, nervo lacrimal, etc.
O Aulete Digital traz a seguinte definição:
