This relates to the contributions to the authorised capital of a company being made by the participants in it.
...more than 200 times the minimum wage...
But how does it fit into this sentence? I can't work out the grammar. (I was originally reading it as 200 млн, but even after getting that right, it still doesn't make sense to me.)
В случае внесения не денежных вкладов, которые составляет более 200 мин. размеров оплаты труда оцениваться независымым оценщиком, который в течении трех лет вместе с участниками Общества солидарно несет субсидиарную ответственность по его обязательствам в размере завышения стоимости неденежных вкладов.
