Russian to English Bus/Financial Accounting Contributions to authorised capital of a company
This relates to the contributions to the authorised capital of a company being made by the participants in it.
...more than 200 times the minimum wage...
But how does it fit into this sentence? I can't work out the grammar. (I was originally reading it as 200 млн, but even after getting that right, it still doesn't make sense to me.)

В случае внесения не денежных вкладов, которые составляет более 200 мин. размеров оплаты труда оцениваться независымым оценщиком, который в течении трех лет вместе с участниками Общества солидарно несет субсидиарную ответственность по его обязательствам в размере завышения стоимости неденежных вкладов.

оцениваться Is this an error in the original (not my copying this time)? "оцениваются" would make more sense to me.

in this case contributions more than 200 * 100 = 20 000 usd shall be estimated according to special procedure as described
