3 There are no any visible microstructural changes of bronze wall at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 sections. Any plastic stain accumulation (in form of dimensional changes or cracks) has not been registered. Previously made estimations show that in the worst case scenario (max. loads, min. wall depth) the inner wall of the compartment at the most stressed section (section 5) after 21 load cycles (each corresponds to RD180 thrust profile) accumulates 6% of plastic deformations. In this case the max. number of load cycles causing the wall destruction is just over 50.
