Outer wing panels and wing center section are joined in the vicinity of the connecting rib of tank No. 2 at the upper and lower panels, webs and spar of the wing's (wing panel's) leading edge. (I think I'd leave off "section." You could also just say "wing" instead of "wing panel" for "консоль крыла." Also, "стенка крыла" and "стенка лонжерона" would be "wing shear [spar] web" and "spar web" respectively, while "герметическая стенка" would be "pressure wall" The стенка in the first two instances would be used for stiffening inside the bulkhead, wing, etc.)
