expedited
Without any context, I am feeling literal. Expedited, gotten-moving, gotten rolling are all variants that come to mind.

Если это в негативе: They practiced cookie-cutter approach to solving complicated issues

put through the sausage machine
Like Viktor, I am assuming this is used negatively. "Cookie-cutter approach" is US English. This is an equivalent one in UK English.
Case studies
... to be able to preserve childhood for my pupils rather than stand by and see them put through the 'sausage-machine' of formal education in this country. ...

fast-tracked
The solution of complex/difficult problems was fast-tracked.
This is just a guess/suggestion, since I don't know the context. Putting the problem on a conveyor, so to speak, would seem to indicate a straight-through solution, the fast track to the solution.
The combination of solution and fast track is found frequently in Google.

If negative, then the solution was sidetracked. However, the culinary cookie cutter and sausage machine are cool!!!!

: If positive. But how many cookies can a culinary cookie-cutter cut?

A culinary cookie-cutter can cut as many cookies as a culinary cookie-cutter can cut!
