In fishery, biomass is usually total wet weight; in other cases, it's dry weight. To use the term "biomass/weight" is redundant since the the unit kg is a measure of mass/weight. Of course, if you're getting paid by the word you could really stretch it out and say fish of the Aspenseridae family, and instead of fish farming or farming fish you could use aquaculture or aquafarming, etc., etc. Isn't it great being a translator with so many choices and variations!!!
