Все зависит от категоричности Вашего текста. Я думаю, что "compel" немного уступает "coerce" в иллокутивной силе.
Ведь посмотрите сами, у Вас в предложении "двойное" принуждение: мало того, что суд заставит другую Сторону подписать договор, так еще и на условиях первой Стороны. Я бы отдал предпочтение "coerce".
